Our wonderful Pandora sadly lost her life this July, she was a beautiful spirit and an inspiration to so many.
Pandora had sarcoma of the sinus, and was a huge advocate of empowering people with cancer.
She helped so many people in her life, and her family and friends would like to continue her legacy by supporting Sarcoma UK.
For those of you who don't know, Sarcoma UK is a national charity that funds vital research, offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments.
Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. By supporting me, we can help change this. Your donation will help researchers find answers, keep the specialist Support Line open, and raise awareness to improve treatment and standards of care.
Your donations go so far in helping the sarcoma community:
£8.80 Could cover the cost of 10 calls to the Support Line.
£67 could fund Sarcoma UK's specialised Support Line for an hour
£300 could purchase specific inhibitors to bind to proteins produced by sarcoma tumours to improve treatment.
£400 could help us host a national meeting of leading sarcoma clinicians to discuss improving sarcoma care nationwide.
£1,000 Could cover the annual grant for two local sarcoma support group.
Thank you for your support.
